OUR FEES…

Our fees are amongst the most competitive in the industry. This is taken at the very end of the process once the funds from your buyer have transferred and the sale has successfully completed. UPFRONT MARKETING COSTS…

In order to sell a property in Scotland, you require a Home Report by law. These are carried out by a Chartered Surveyor and the cost is mainly based on the value of your property. This is an upfront fee which is paid before your property can be marketed by us.

Our upfront marketing fee will be discussed with you at the initial Property Appraisal. The cost covers your ‘For Sale’ Board, property brochure, professional photography, upload of your property to Rightmove, www.countyhomesayrshire.com and our social media platforms. NO FIXED CONTRACT…

By selling with us you will also benefit from having NO FIXED CONTRACT. This means we won't dictate that you commit to selling your home with us for a minimum period of time. Quite simply we want our clients to use our services because they want to, not because they have to.

ACCOMPANIED VIEWING AND VIEWING AGENT COSTS…

There is a charge per hour for a member of our team to either carry out an accompanied viewing or take the viewing on your behalf.
